4. Dispute Resolution/Jurisdiction.

This Web site is hosted on servers located in Pennsylvania and is intended to be viewed by residents of the United States. All disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement or our operation of this site shall be resolved by binding arbitration in the city of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, pursuant to the rules of the American Arbitration Association. All such disputes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as applied to transactions entered into and to be performed wholly within Pennsylvania between Pennsylvania residents. However, you agree that we shall be entitled to obtain preliminary injunctive relief to enforce any of the terms of this Agreement against you pending a final determination in arbitration. In the event of litigation or to compel arbitration or to enforce an arbitration award under this Section, or to obtain an injunction under this Section, the parties hereby irrevocably consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Philadelphia, PA.
